I’ve been blogging about storytelling with a view to getting people interested and engaged in your content – wherever you choose to put it. Stories are mentioned in this video, but there is also a psychological hack that you may or may not use when you’re in conversation with a prospect that we deliver as part of our lead generation and sales training services.

It’s short and sweet and explains how a psychology professor (who used to be a palm reader) can use language before you ask for a “yes” that puts a prospect in a place where they are more likely to agree with you.
